Vision
To establish a state-of-the-art Central Instrumentation Facility (CIF) at Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma College that promotes excellence in teaching, innovation, and research in the fields of basic, applied, and interdisciplinary sciences . The CIF will serve as a common research platform for students, researchers, and faculty members by providing access to advanced analytical and characterization facilities that support globally competitive research, high-quality publications, patents, and technology development .

Why CIF?
ARSD College has emerged as one of the leading research-intensive colleges of the University of Delhi with an impressive research output and growing external funding support . During the last five years, the College has published over 600 research papers in SCI/SCOPUS-indexed journals, significantly contributing to its national reputation and academic standing .
The faculty members of the science departments have successfully secured numerous sponsored research projects including SERB/DST/ANRF/UGC/CSIR/ICMR projects, DBT STAR College projects, Innovation Projects, STAR Innovation Projects, and several in-house research initiatives . Despite these achievements, access to advanced characterization and analytical instruments remains limited, compelling faculty members and students to depend on external institutions for measurements and analysis . This often results in delays, increased costs, and restrictions on research activities .
The establishment of a Central Instrumentation Facility will:
