Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma College, ranked 5th All India by the NIRF and accredited A++ by the NAAC with the highest score of 3.77, is a premier educational institution at the University of Delhi that aims to nurture excellence in education in a supportive and inclusive environment. It emphasises fostering quality human resources and promoting productive ideas that benefit the students. Since its inception, the College has focused on character-building and idealism inspired by Sanatan values. As its founding principle, the College embraces an equity, barrier-free, nondiscriminatory ecosystem for all its members, especially women.

The motto of the College, Tejasvi-naavadhitam-astu, has been taken from Taittriya Upanishad and means, “May our learning be endowed with radiance”.
