Nimbus, the English debating society is a prominent student led community focused on critical thinking and the articulation of ideas, often challenging ones. Since its inception, Nimbus has had a substantial impact on the student community at ARSD College, promoting a culture of debate and dialogue in the campus. Led by the ideals it upholds, it teaches its members to undertake a scholarly analysis of every debate-worthy issue.
The society has over 100 members and prides itself on providing a platform for healthy dialogues on various sociocultural affairs, thus promoting sensitivity and the ability to acknowledge diverse perspectives. At its core, Nimbus values inclusivity and mutual respect for all.
