Vidya Vistar (V2) Scheme is initiated by University of Delhi for developing academic cooperative bonding between colleges of the University with the colleges of fellow Universities, situated in remote areas of the country. This scheme is aimed to maximize contribution of higher educational institutions to nation building through optimum utilization of existing resources and partners. This V2 Scheme is based on the principle of mutual respect, cooperation and sharing between two Colleges/Departments of both the universities as equal partners.
