Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC)
The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma College is the nodal agency responsible for fostering a culture of quality, excellence, and continuous institutional development. Established in accordance with the guidelines of the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), the IQAC plays a pivotal role in institutionalizing quality assurance mechanisms and promoting innovation in all facets of the College’s functioning.
The Cell serves as a catalyst for academic and administrative excellence by planning, implementing, monitoring, and reviewing quality enhancement initiatives. It facilitates the adoption of best practices, promotes learner-centric teaching methodologies, encourages research and innovation, strengthens stakeholder engagement, and supports the effective implementation of national educational policies. Through systematic documentation, data-driven decision-making, and periodic quality audits, the IQAC ensures that the College continuously enhances its academic standards and governance practices.
The IQAC actively coordinates quality assurance processes across departments and administrative units, including curriculum enrichment, faculty development, research promotion, student support services, extension and outreach activities, environmental sustainability initiatives, digital governance, and institutional collaborations. It also oversees the preparation of key quality assurance documents such as the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR), accreditation and ranking submissions, and facilitates the implementation of recommendations emerging from quality assessments.
